Spin-off from the band “3" (Robert Berry, Keith Emerson and Carl Palmer). Berry and Emerson began working on a follow-up to the only studio album by 3, but the project was shelved following Emerson's death in March 2016, but Berry would finish the project himself and release it and other albums under the “3.2" moniker.
